    DAY 01

    Mumbai

    Our representative will receive you at Mumbai’s airport and will transfer you to the hotel.

    The northern area of the Colaba is known as the Mumbai fort. This area features a lot of imposing monumental constructions since Mumbai’s Golden Period. St. John’s church is worth a visit as it is dedicated as the tribute to the soldiers who laid down their lives in the Sindh campaign in 1838 and the first Afghan war of 1843. Marine drive which is also recognized as the Queen’s necklace due to melodramatic line of street lights that are lit up at night is located in Central Mumbai and was built in the years of 1920’s and 1930’s.

    Observe the landmark of the city, Gateway of India, which was designed by George Wittet is the most outstanding monument of the country. The gloomy arch has a mixed architectural style with indoor – Saracenic with Gujarati and Islamic touch such as wooden carvings on the buildings. This structure was built to honor the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to India in 1911. It even serves as the departing point for the ferries who head towards the elephant Caves.

    With surprise, observe India Gate where you shall next be astonished with the splendor of Flora fountains which is established on the site of the Old Church Gate of the Bombay Fort.     Then we transfer you to the Airport for your flight to Udaipur and check into the Hotel.

    Udaipur is the city of lakes, temples and traditions. This is an incredible city of Rajasthan where you enjoy a stay in the lap of nature and culture. It is one of the organized and the most romantic cities of the world as the city is the fairyland for romantic love birds. Beautifully set in the mighty elevated hills with serene lakes makes it a picture perfect destination which has framed it as the Venice of East. This massive structure is built in marble and granite with 11 different palaces built by different emperors, but they are still similar to each other.

    Udaipur – Ranakpur – Jodhpur by Road 250kms in 05hrs

    En route, RANAKPUR TEMPLES, is one of the most notable Jain temples in the state of Rajasthan and is located at the distance of 95 kms from the city of lakes, Udaipur.. This temple is one of the five important pilgrimage sites of Jains. This 15th century temple is globally known for their fine and incredible style of architecture which has been constructed in the light colored marble with more than 1400 pillars that are intricately carved to support the temple.     Jodhpur, founded by Rao Jodha in 1459 is situated at the edge of the Thar Desert is also known as the blue city as most of the houses in the old Jodhpur is painted in blue color. This populous desert city flutters with beauty glorified, warmth and romance. A visit to Jodhpur is a romantic journey into the past with forts, palaces, temples, culture, tradition, spices, fabric, color, flourishing handicrafts all adds to make this historic city worth a visit.

    DAY 06

    Jodhpur – Jaipur by road 280kms in 5.5hrs

    Day starts with a visit to Mehrangarh Fort is the largest forts in India and sits on the top of a hill at 122m above the city and several palaces are captivated within remarkable thick walls and was built in the year 1459. These palaces are extremely noted for its fine carvings and extensive courtyards. It covers the area of 5 kms and is 125 m high on the hill.     DAY 07

    Jaipur

    After enjoying the appetizing first meal of the day we shall progress towards the sightseeing tour of the city.

    We shall outset with elephant ride to Amber fort, which is set atop of the hill, 11 kms from the capital city, the palace is a typical romantic fort with the artistic style of Hindu elements in its architecture. The palace has beautiful fusion of both Hindu and Mughal architecture which is an ultimate feature of this fort. Then we shall progress further for the sightseeing tour of the city for the rest of the day.

    City Palace, a center of activities for the ruler of Jaipur, is a conglomerate of palaces with many courtyards and palaces and was built by Sawai Jai Singh II between 1729 to 1732 AD. The architectonics of the palace is a great medley of three dynasties, namely, Mughal, Rajput and European. The palace constitutes of two famous palaces known Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal. Whereas today Chandra Mahal has been turned into a museum, which portrays various uniforms, handcrafted products and lifestyle of royal families. Next we go and speculate is Jantar Mantar, astrological devices for individual constellations is one of the largest and best preserved observatories out of five in the country. This observatory was built by Jai Singh II and is a unique experience of walking through solid geometry.

Located at the foot of the Moti dungri Fort, Birla Temple is magnetizing illuminated during the latter part of the day, which attracts a flood of tourist attraction. Built 1988 with the finest quality of white marble, this temple is dedicated to lord Vishnu. The stained glass work in the temple depicts the scenes from Hindu scriptures. It is a modern architectural wonder with lush green gardens all round. Here you will also be witnessing AARTI ceremony, which is a treat to watch.

    DAY 08

    Jaipur – Ranthambore

    By road 170kms in 04hrs.

    Reach Ranthambore and check into the luxury Lodge.

    Ranthambore, the largest national parks in India places in the southeast part of Rajasthan. Ranthambore was earlier the Sawai Madhopur Game Sanctuary and later it was established as the national park. The place is fundamentally notable for tigers in India and is the finest place to see the wonders of predators in the jungle. The park is situated at the junction of the Banās River and Chamba River. November to May are said to be the best months to discover the place.     Rise and shine yourself at the fresh sunrise and go ahead for your safari ride in the park. Discover a roadway to tigers and other animals of the park.

    Pave your way back to the resort and enjoy the morning meal of the day.

    Refresh yourself and spend some leisure time in the hotel or you get out to explore the temple which besets itself on the top of the fort.

    During the cocktail hour enjoy the delicious lunch at the hotel and then head towards afternoon safari in the park. This round of safari will last till 5 or 6 in the evening.

    DAY 10

    Ranthambhore – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra by Road 260kms in 06hrs

    After the morning meal we shall proceed forward for the elephant ride to Amber fort.

    A classic romantic fort palace, which was built by Raja Mann Singh I in the year 1592 and was completed by his descendant Jai Singh I is a forbidding exterior belies an inner Parad.

    Then we shall drive to Agra.

    While we drive to Agra we shall stopover at Fatehpur Sikri.

    Founded in 1569, fatepur Sikri is located at the distance of 37 kms from Agra was a short term capital city of the Mughal empire under the reign of the emperor Akbar. He visited the city to consult a saint and was predicted a birth of an heir to the Mughal dynasty. When prediction came true, Akbar shifted his capital here, and ordered for the construction of grand mosque as a gratitude to the saint. He even built three palaces for his favorite wives. The city was a perfect presentation of Indo Islamic style. The palace has also recorded its name in the world heritage site.

    Reach Agra and stay in a hotel.

    Agra also dubbed as Saga love is an ancient city as the place find it in the pages of the Mahabharata, but the city drew main attention during the Mughal Dynasty. Agra is a famous city across the globe as it boasts one of the Seven Wonders of the World, The Taj Mahal. Every tourist gets allured by the contrasting structures of red sandstone and white marble, the intricate lanes and old fashioned buggies is still the charm of the city.

    In the late evening we shall speculate enticing shows which depict the Mughal era - Mohabatt e Taj.

    Mohabatt e Taj is the world of romance and immortal love of the great love story of the emperor Shah Jahan and Mumtaz that has been personified in the form of dance and drama. This performance takes us to the 16th century and portrays us the profuse lifestyle of Mughal era. The memorable part of the show is a replica of the Taj Mahal in Makrana marble weighing 8,500 kg with inlay work which presents various moods and shades, very similar to the original Taj Mahal.

    DAY 11

    Agra

    As the sun rays begin to spread its light we shall step ahead towards the epitome of love, Taj Mahal.

    We speculate world heritage site, Taj Mahal, one of the most captivating and dazzling monument built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz as a final resting place. It took over 22 years of hard labor of 20,000 workers to build this perfect symmetrical monument. This Seven Wonders of the World was built by a Persian architect Ustad Ahmad Lahauri. It is also famed for its elegant domes, finely carved screens, and for best inlay work.

    After a visit to monument of eternal love, we return back to our hotel for breakfast, Then we move forward for the sightseeing of Agra.

    Our next stop after breakfast is the cenotaph of the Mughal emperor Akbar, Sikandra. Situated in the outskirts of the Agra city, the emperor started the construction of his tomb during his lifetime, but later it was completed by his son Jahangir. The monument featured manicured lawns with finely carved gateways and white marble cenotaph. This monument perfectly imbibes the best of Hindu, Christian, Islamic, Buddhist, Jain motifs, signifying the new religion started by Akbar – the DEEN E ILAHI.

    After speculating this beautiful monument we proceed further to glare at Agra Fort, an imperialistic fort situated on the banks of the Yamuna which was authorized by Emperor Akbar. It encloses numerous palaces and houses like the Moti Masjid, Diwan-I-Am, Diwan-I-Khas, Musamman Burj, Jehangiri Mahal, Khaas Mahal, Sheesh Mahal etc. It is the finest architectural monument built in red sandstone.

    After glaring at the citadel of Akbar we proceed further to visit baby Taj. An impressive tomb in white marble, built by Nur Jahan, in memory of her father Ghias-ud-Din Beg, who was entitled to the title of ‘Itimad-ud-Daulah’ meaning ‘Pillar of the Government’.

    Then walk on the other side of Yamuna for the heritage walk with our professional guide.

    The other side Yamuna is comprised of the history of Mughal Agra where various developments of Mughal dynasty can be witnessed along with significant views of Taj Mahal.

    DAY 12

    Agra – Jhansi by deluxe train
    Jhansi – Orchha – Panna by road 220kms in 05hrs

    Then we shall head towards the railway station to board the train for Jhansi.

    Reach Jhansi and we shall drive to panna while taking a stopover at Orchha.

    We stop at medieval legacy in stone; Orchha, which has captured its dignity in stone and has frozen in time with the rich legacy since ages. This monument still retains its perfection since it was built in 16th and 17th centuries by Bundela rulers. Achieving the excellent measurements of their exteriors are interiors which symbolize the finest flowering of the Bundela School of painting. The walls and ceiling in Raj Mahal and Laxminaryan Temple are brought to rich life with murals of various religious themes. Various memorials and shrines that are scattered around the area add a charm to the beauty of Orchha.

    Panna national park is home to the best wildlife species in the country located in the districts of Panna of Madhya Pradesh at a stone throw distance from Khajuraho. In the year 1994 the park was declared as the 22nd tiger reserve in the country and 5th in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The park has also won an award for the best maintained park in the country. It is one of the famous tourist spots due to vicinity of Khujarao.

    The place is even famous for its diamond industry. We shall also explore and refresh ourselves with major attraction in the district, Pandav Falls.

    We shall also speculate Rajgarh Palace, which is the perfect piece of architecture that overlooks a valley.

    Later we drive to Khajuraho Airport and take off to Varanasi.

    Reach Varanasi and check into the Hotel.

    Varanasi, the city of temples and Ghats, is an utmost travel destination of the country over the centuries. It is one of the oldest living cities in the world. Varanasi attracts tourist who come to enjoy the mystical divinity. It is believed that one who takes his or her last breath gets the freedom from the complicated cycle of life and death so it is regarded as the Holiest cities for Hindus in the country. It is believed that the place has magical spells, but it is not faint hearted.

    When sunset begins to set, we shall witness Aarti at the Ghats of Varanasi. The chants of religious hymns by priests, the sound of conch shells, bells, gongs, the smell of camphor and incense sticks will mesmerize you as you sit by the dark waters of the ancient river. Your guide will be on hand to explain the proceedings and the significance of the Vedic hymns recited by the priests.

    DAY 15

    Varanasi

    Like an early bird we shall start our day with a drive to Daswamedh Ghat and take a boat ride on the holy water of River Ganga. We explore Cremination Ghats to speculate the live rituals of the world’s most important religions.

    For you to enchant the beauty of this holy city we shall board you off on the banks of River Ganga.

    Board the boat with your guide and you will be in the middle of the river and here you speculate the sun, unfolding its sight of sunrise in front of you.

    And at the background you will experience thousands of pilgrims worshipping sunrise and having a bath in the holy waters.

    We return at Ghat and walk through the paved streets of the banks of River Ganga.

    Stroll around famous sari markets of the city. Board yourself for a rickshaw ride from the city to the Chowk witnessing the main markets of the city.

    We get down at Chowk and shall explore various markets by strolling in the streets.

    • KachoriGalli (lane of kachoris, these are deep-fried snacks very popular in Varanasi)

    Next we stop at Benaras Hindu University covering the area of 400 acres and is the largest residential universities in Asia. The complex features an art gallery and a mosque of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.

    After we shall move forward to Sarnath, a well-known Buddhist site and a popular tourist destination that is worth a visit. The place got its fame after Buddha delivered its first sermon after attaining enlightenment after 2500 years. It is one of the holiest place in Asia.

    We shall explore a museum that features antiquities dating back to 3rd century BC.

    We even visit the textile village where will discover artisan with their set up and daily activity.

    DAY 16

    Varanasi – Delhi by air

    Enjoy the morning meal at the hotel.

    Leisurely enjoy the sunrise and then capture the last moments of your trip in your photographic lens.

    Later we shall proceed to airport to board our flight for Delhi.

    Delhi situated in the heart of the country is the capital of the country as well as tourist delight as it is evidence of the rich cultural heritage and historic monuments of the bygone era. The city houses many government offices and buildings.

    Overnight will be at Delhi.

    DAY 17

    Delhi

    We start our tour by exploring Old Delhi. Our first visit would be to the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, profoundly known as the Father of Nation. A simple black stone sanatorium which marks the spot of crimination with an immortal flame burning at one end, as a gratitude to a person who changed the history of this sub-continent and of the world with his great ideologies.

In the middle of The Arch is the Black marble podium with a flame of an immortal soldier leading us to Parliament House, which is the center of operations for the largest democracy in the world.

    Walking a few miles more we shall also speculate residence of the President of India, Rashtrapati Bhawan which is also known for its Mughal Gardens with dazzling fountains. Whereas visitors can enchant its beauty only in the days of autumn.

    We shall end our day by speculating with our raised neck is Qutub Minar, the tallest tower in the country. This magnificent monument is the mark of the first Mughal establishment in the country. The unique feature of this square iron tower is that it never rusts. The tower even consists of the first Mosque that was built in the country.

    If we spare some time from day schedule, then we shall also visit the Lotus Temple located in South Delhi. Flower like shape temple is the mother temple of the Indian subcontinent. This prominent tourist attraction is worth speculating.

    When the moon begins to spread its light in the sky we shall experience and introduce you to Sufism in the little neighborhood of Delhi, Dargah Hazrat Nizamuddin. The magical version shall reveal to us the teachings of Ishq (love), Aql (intelligence) and Ilm (knowledge). And we end our night with a Sufi musical concert popularly Qawwali.

    Overnight will be at Delhi.

    DAY 18

    Delhi – departure

    Breakfast will be at hotel.

    We shall transfer you to the airport for you to board a flight for your hometown, where you take back with you a classical Indian memory.
